All orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the same day by GLS upon receipt of payment and if products are in stock.
What to do upon receipt of the order:
Upon receipt of your order, it is important that you check in the presence of the delivery person that the package and its contents are complete and undamaged.
In case of incompleteness or damage, this must be noted on the delivery note of the carrier/deliverer. If you sign the delivery note without mentioning any shortcomings or damage, you are entirely responsible and we cannot be held liable. If possible, take a photo of the packaging/part. If you have done the above correctly, please send us the carrier's delivery note with the carrier's/shipper's signature and a photo to the following address: [email protected] . We will take appropriate action accordingly.
